Exhibitions of equipment, cutting-edge technologies, innovative solutions, as well as conferences, panel discussions and opportunities to share the latest knowledge were all part of
POLSECURE 2026, held from
21 to 23 April 2026. The Police School in Słupsk also contributed to this major event.
The
second day of the exhibition was dedicated to the services operating under the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration. In addition to displays of specialised equipment and technological innovations that can support day-to-day law enforcement activities, the programme included a range of panel discussions and conferences focusing on internal security.
As part of the conference
"A Different Dimension of Rescue", opened by
Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Police, Inspector Dr Rafał Kochańczyk,
Chief Inspector Michał Jaśkowski, Head of the Presidium Department of the Police School in Słupsk, delivered a presentation entitled
"International Cooperation in First Aid and Qualified First Aid Training - the Erasmus+ Project."
During his presentation, Chief Inspector Jaśkowski summarised the outcomes of the Erasmus+ project
"Development of a Common Curriculum for Emergency Services on the Use of Force and Tactical First Aid Procedures (FIRST-TAC)", implemented by police training institutions from
Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, and the Police School in Słupsk. The project focused on police tactics, the use of force during interventions, first aid, and the fundamentals of tactical combat casualty care.
The project resulted in a comprehensive
FIRST-TAC curriculum for emergency services, including an instructor's handbook, self-study materials, narrated multimedia presentations, instructional videos, and self-assessment quizzes.
Chief Inspector Jaśkowski also presented another Erasmus+ initiative,
"Virtual Reality Training for Law Enforcement Officers (VIRTLE)," which is being implemented in cooperation with police training institutions in
Lithuania and Latvia.
POLSECURE 2026 is one of the most important public security events in Poland. The 2026 edition marked the
fourth international edition of the exhibition, co-organised by the
Polish National Police Headquarters. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the
Polish Minister of the Interior and Administration.
